Ingredients:

 

  • 1 puff pastry sheet 
  • 1 bunch of radishes 
  • A few peppercorns 
  • Jana Mezze baba ghanouj  

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C .  
  2. Roll out the pastry and cut fish shapes.  
  3. Place on a tray and bake for 15 minutes.  
  4. Meanwhile, slice the radishes thinly.  
  5. Lightly press the baked pastries.  
  6. Spread baba ghanouj on each piece.  
  7. Add radish slices to create scales.  
  8. Use peppercorn for the eye.
