Ingredients:
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- Eggplant caviar (Baba Ghanouj) Jana Mezze
- Zaatar Jana Mezze
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and spread the eggplant caviar evenly over it, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Place the second sheet on top and press the edges to seal.
- Cut into strips, then twist each strip to create the “sun” shape.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with zaatar.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Serve warm.
