Ingredients:

 

  • 2 large sweet potatoes 
  • 2 tsp Jana Mezze harissa sauce 
  • 3 tsp olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • A generous handful of pistachios 

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into thin rounds. 
  3. In a bowl, mix the harissa and olive oil. 
  4. Add the sweet potato slices and toss to coat evenly. 
  5. Arrange the slices in overlapping layers in a baking dish to create a millefeuille effect. 
  6. Bake for 45 mins, until tender with lightly crisp edges. 
  7. Meanwhile, roughly chop the pistachios. 
  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with pistachios, and serve warm.
