Makes: 10 - 12 energy balls
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp tahini Jana Mezze
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- A little water (as needed)
- Desiccated coconut (for coating)
Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine the tahini, oats, and cocoa powder.
- Add a little water and honey (if using), then mix until you get a smooth, creamy dough.
- Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Coat each ball in desiccated coconut.
- Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
