Makes: 10 - 12 energy balls

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 3 tbsp tahini Jana Mezze 
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats 
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional) 
  • A little water (as needed) 
  • Desiccated coconut (for coating)  

 

Preparation:

 

  1. In a bowl, combine the tahini, oats, and cocoa powder. 
  2. Add a little water and honey (if using), then mix until you get a smooth, creamy dough. 
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands. 
  4. Coat each ball in desiccated coconut. 
  5. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
