Ingredients:

 

  • 1 pita bread 
  • Jana Mezze falafels 
  • 2 tbsp Jana Mezze tarator sauce 
  • A few lettuce leaves 
  • Tomatoes or vegetables of your choice 
  • A drizzle of oil (optional) 

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Heat the falafels in a pan until warm and crispy on all sides. 
  2. Lightly warm the pita bread. 
  3. Spread the tarator sauce over the bread. 
  4. Add the falafels, fresh vegetables, and a drizzle of oil, if desired. 
  5. Roll tightly into a wrap.
